All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

• All non-receipt returns are subject to a refund verification process.  Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

Return Step One:

Email contact support@femometer.com with "RETURN" as the subject. In the message include your order number and return reason. Please check the item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and accessories to ensure full credit. Once your return has request has been approved, our customer service team will send you warehouse address.You'll need to ship the item back before the date stated in this email. If you don't ship the item back by that date, we may close your request.

Return Step Two

You are required to return the items to our store or warehouse at your own cost. You can bring it in person or post it back. You, the buyer, are responsible for the return method and the costs incurred. We will only return the full amount if the items arrive at our store or warehouse undamaged.

Your money will be returned within 30 days of receiving the items.
